Begin with the base for its face, draw two small circles and one large in the center.

On the left circle, create base for the face by drawing a U-Shaped face cut and leaf like ears.

Now draw very small circles for feet and two funnel like rectangular shapes for the legs.

Now, join those three circles and create a body for the deer.

Join the legs with the feet and you can see the deer coming in shape.

Enhance the face with muscles, nose and eyes - make the tail on the other hand.

Create feet as show in picture.
Step #8
Now, finish the complete drawing of the deer by enhancing everything else across.
