Make a large S-Shaped line to begin with the base for the body.
Now draw two small circles and a triangular shape.
Join them all by drawing another S-Shaped figure that will make it look like a caecilian.
Draw basic lines and circles for further enhancement.
Now make those tiny hands or crawlers.
Now, further enhance the drawing with mouth, eyes and make the stripes across the body.
Finish the drawing by giving it a complete look!
