Begin with drawing a medium oval and a pointed oval for the wings, a small circle for the face.

Now make the beak around the face.

Now make those little figures for legs and feet.

Time to join them all and create a base for the body.

Make the face cut, eye and the feet. Enhance it with fingers.

Complete the drawing by simply adding those required spots, enhance the wings and the eyes.
