Begin with two medium ovals and a medium circle
Now draw the outline for the face and ears on the circle
Draw 6 uneven circle and square like shapes for the legs and the feet
Join them all and create a base for the body
Draw the legs and join them to the feet
Now make the feet, enhance the other facial elements like ears, eyes and nose
Complete the drawing by adding the final finishing touch
