Begin with drawing a Potato Wedge like D-Shape for the base and make another semi-circle kind of D-Shape along with two long C-Shapes for the blades.
Now draw the outline as shown, to enhance the base
Enhance it further by adding the required elements
Now enhance the other objects with required elements
Draw the star like texture on the body
Complete the drawing by adding the required elements and finishing touch
