Draw outline for beak, tail, legs, feet & neck.
Make head, beak & eye.
Draw outline for body.
Make wing & tail.
Make fur over the tail.
Make legs, nails & feet.
Draw retinas & fur over the face and over the wing. Also enhance the beak as shown.
Make fur over the tail.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
