Draw outline for tail. Also draw a line in the middle of the body as shown.
Make head, mouth & eye.
Draw outline for body.
Make tail.
Make two small and one big size fins.
Draw lines over the tail, face and fins as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
