Make horn & eye.
Make arms.
Enhance chest's muscles as shown.
Draw right portion of the pant.
Draw left portion of the pant & belt.
Make shapes over the wrist as shown.
Make hands, fingers, M alphabet over the belt & enhance drawing at arms and shoulders.
Make shoes.
Draw retinas & enhance drawing at pant and head portion.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
