Draw outline for hands, ears, eye brows & feet.
Make glasses.
Make outline for head & nose.
Make ears & mouth.
Draw upper body dressing.
Make collar shape as shown.
Make sleeves.
Draw belt & bottom edges of the clothing as shown.
Make hands & fingers.
Make shoes & lines over the dressing icnluding over the belt as shown.
Draw horns, teeth & retinas. Enhace the ears as well.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
