Draw outline for lower face & ear.
Draw right side of the coat.
Make left side of the coat.
Make pant.
Draw glasses & ear.
Draw tie and collar of the coat shape as shown.
Make hairs.
Make moustache & retinas.
Draw belt, zip area & buttons.
Make shoes & enhance sleeves.
Draw double border two circles.
Make cat shape as shown. Also draw hairs over the forehead.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
