Start the tutorial by making two circles & two curve lines.
Draw outline for arms & legs.
Draw head & eyes.
Make outline for body.
Make left arm.
Make right arm.
Draw legs & feet.
Make Y shape from the face to the abdomen. Also enhance wings by making V shaped lines.
Draw eyes & W like shape over the face as shown.
Make five circles, three other rounded shape over the wing & small lines over the feet as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
