Start the work by drawing a circle & three lines as shown.
Draw three ovals, one circle & two rectangle like shapes.
Make head & eye.
Draw outline for body & left arm.
Make outline for mouth, right arm & tail.
Make legs, feet & nails.
Draw lines over the tail and abdomen & make one full and one half oval as shown.
Make retinas, teeth, an oval and few lines as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
