Draw two ovals & two lines as shown.
Make outline for eyes.
Make nose.
Draw outline for mouth.
Make lower face & lips.
Make eye brows, beard & ears.
Draw cap & hairs.
Make long hairs at the right side.
Draw long hairs at the left side.
Make retinas & eye lashes. Also make wrinkles over the face as shown.
Draw shirt collar & enhance cap. Also draw small shapes over the face as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
