First commence the tutorial by making an oval & two curve lines inside the oval. Also draw a tilted line over the head of the oval.

Draw an oval, four leaves & small lines as shown.

Make lower body shape alongwith leaf like shapes attached on both side as shown.

Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
