Make outline for wing & tail.
Draw a circle & lines as shown.
Make eye & beak.
Draw head, wing & fur over the wing.
Make tail & fur.
Make feet & branch of the tree shape as shown.
Draw fur over the face and neck.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
