First commence the tutorial by making two circles & two lines as shown. One line should be tiny and the other one should be in the middle of the body as shown.
Draw outline for fins & tail.
Make head & eye.
Make outline for body.
Make upper side fins & tail.
Draw lower side fins, gill shape as shown & retinas.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
