Make head & ears.
Make eyes & nose.
Draw outline for body.
Make legs & feet.
Make arms & hands.
Make tail & hairs over the head.
Enhance drawing at feet and ear portions.
Make eye & rope shape covering the entire horse face as shown.
Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
